Confidential counselor
As an employer, TENT wants to fulfill its duties in a responsible manner to provide care and safety to its employees. This applies to both employees and self-employed persons (zzp). The confidential counselor is there to support and guide all employees if they find themselves in a situation that does not feel safe. If you are confronted with unwanted behavior or another unpleasant situation in a work situation while employed by TENT and would like help or guidance, you can contact the internal or external confidential counselor. This can be done by telephone, by email or you can just drop in if you are in the area. Depending on the situation, we can discuss the problem directly or make an appointment.
Every situation is different, and we can talk about all possible problems that you experience during your work for TENT. Together with you, the situation will be reviewed and discussed and, if you wish, we will look at possible next steps together. You can also just get things off your chest. A conversation with a confidential counselor is not an official report and therefore does not have to have any consequences if you do not want that. The confidential counselor will be there for you if you do want to take further steps, discuss the options with you and help you make a choice that suits you. You are in control. These conversations are confidential, just like the fact that you have an appointment with a confidential counselor, and nothing is recorded digitally.
