With this two-year course, we help circus makers or collectives take the next step in their careers. During these two years, you will develop (under supervision) at least two productions that can be performed independently and for longer periods in different locations. In addition, you will develop artistically, commercially and personally as an individual artist or collective. We will take a deep dive into relationships with your partners and audiences and think about how you assemble your team or teams and how you wish to communicate about your work. As a maker/collective, you bear final artistic responsibility for your work.

Admission to this course is by selection by the TENT team. Together with the maker in question, we map out a tailor-made learning process and help you search for the right partners, leading to a piece of work suitable for performance. The content of each course will therefore be different. This two-year course is for makers and collectives with some experience in the circus field, who are ready to take the next step in their careers. It is intended to contribute to the development of new circus makers.
